About the Musician
Hailed by the International Trumpet Guild for her “sweet, singing sound” and “shimmering vibrato”, Dr. Chloe Swindler is a Boston-based musician, educator, and arts administrator. Her recent work includes performances with Harry Styles at Coachella, Lizzo at the BET Awards, and Vanessa Williams. As a cultural leader whose work is built on inclusive practices, she is devoted to diversifying curriculum, creating space for community conversations, and inspiring community members to engage in creative health practices.

On her YouTube Channel, Chloe releases videos about practice tips, professional development tools, and more. In addition, she uploads recent performances and recording projects. With over 500 subscribers on YouTube and over 8.5k subscribers on Instagram, Chloe is quickly building an online community.

Recordings
Chloe’s repertoire includes classical, jazz, R&B, soul, pop music, and more. In addition to being a classically-trained trumpeter, she is also a guitarist, vocalist, and songwriter. Elements of her music examine the complex relationship between Western and Black American music and culture.
